This fresh new event takes place on Mount Tzouhalem—the Zoo—just 15 minutes from the festival grounds. If you want more than a one-day race, check out the All Mountain Challenge! Test your metal on Saturday and Sunday with the Rolling Thunder and the BCBR Enduro.

Note: If you are interested in on-site camping for the weekend, it will be available soon.

Your race fee includes:

What is a professionally managed course?

Mountain Biking is a sport with multiple inherent risks in a dynamic outdoor setting with great distances, unlike traditional sports such as soccer and hockey, which are in controlled environments. Recognizing this reality, we have developed a response system and team to manage our race courses. This is what we know it takes to safely manage a race course based on 20 years experience taking 15,000 racers through our system and having responded to many serious injuries:

• A course team trained in a system based on 20 years of experience in putting on races.
• A specialized medical team, integrated into the race course team, who are out on course and on the ready with extraction, mobility and communication tools.
• A doctor on call at the festival who works with all the paramedics in the event of an incident.
• Trucks on the ready with spine boards, oxygen, and advanced first aid supplies.
